Return Policy

Returns, Refunds, Replacements can be claimed within 2 days of delivery by fulfilling the following conditions -

• Manufacturing Damage.

• Wrong Size or Colour or Product Sent from the Seller side.

For claiming any return or exchange of products, unboxing video is compulsory.

Returns will not be accepted if -

• The product is damaged after receiving the parcel, opening or handling it careleslly, trying on.

• If the wrong size or colour is chosen while purchasing on RDMall.in

• Used product will not be accepted.

All Food products are NON-RETURNABLE.

All Supermarket products are NON-RETURNABLE.
